You refer to the need for government legislation to impose water saving devices and technolgy on all hoseholds; well thats already what state governments are working on and Nylex have said they believe the domestic water conservation market has a value in the order of 7 billion dollars.

You seem to think that Nylex is totally reliant on the water conservation business to save its bacon but I don't subscribe to that view. Within the next six months or so the market will advise which of us is correct and I promise not to come back to HC and say I told you so.
