Understanding that this arbiration court is run and funded by the world bank, for which both the USA and China are members of, perhaps this is an attempt to force this onto the internationa stage for both countries and its' trade partners.

I would like to see this arbiration fall to completion with either outcome before any offer was considered from an external party by management. Every win we have at arbutration further increases the likelihood of project success, and thus, increases our value as shareholders.

On a person note, I have no desire to ever sell my shares in the Manoni project with AVZ.
