Did I hear correctly on this afternoon's news? Rudd was blaming Howard for all his screw ups. apparently it was all Howards fault because he hadn't left any major infrastructure projects on the planning table for Rudd to burn money on. Missed the details concetrating on market. sounded to me to be an addmission of incompetence.
