Before we enshrine a voice in the constitution ask yourselves these questions.
Who will be permitted to stand for election to the voice?
Who will make the choice or decision?
How will the applicants be vetted?
Will the veto come from the Aboriginal community or the government?
How will the Aboriginal community be defined?
Will there be a pro-rata representation from the States?
What process IF ANY will be legislated to ensure adequate background checks are legitimate and current?
How far back in time should the checks be applicable?
Who will conduct the checks and will they be made public if an applicant is rejected?
What past offences and or issues will make an applicant ineligable?
How long is the term of appointment?
How will it be decided and by who?
Will the voice be elected every time there is a change of government?
What are the criteria for removal from the voice?
    Who will make that decision?
What role will the Australian Electoral Commission play in the voting process?
    How will transparency be guarenteed?
Will all recommendations made by the voice to government or the parliament be published unredacted to the Australian electorate?

I could go on but long posts are dreary. There are too many unknowns with the machinery of the voice to warrant a yes vote..

The voice is the problem not the recognition of the people
