a 2 beda property in highett vic was marketed 500-550k
got passed in on @ 540k VB and now there wanting 560k+
with so called(bs) interest @ 579k?

little wonder people can't afford property because you've got fools artificially ramping prices up leading to misleading and deceptive conduct

the whole industry needs consolidation,from how property is bought and sold, to how participants are remunerated.
