    The VIX trending higher in the hours before open last night was why I pinned low -ve, despite being aware there is often a run up to Fed rates meetings.

    But what kind of investor buys at such high prices when the Fed will be informed by CPI out tonight and PPI out tomorrow night before the rates decision?
