i think they will package trofinetide and 2591 ROW to the same licencee. so perhaps a suitor is waiting to see some data and sign off. financially, what upfronts neu would make from ROW will be more than offset from really strong uptake in the US. imo, diarrhoea as been controlled with titration to dose and the tremendous benefits of daybue are talked about daily. i see 2500 Patients in the US comfortably over the next 12 months
