What choice did shareholders have?

If they didn't approve the resolutions they would most likely be voting for the death of their investment, shareholders needed to vote to approve the back up funding because its looking more likely the number one funding path has been unsuccessful.

Did we have any comments at the GM to detail when Gemcorp was likely to give a FID on the project, or did the company avoid this topic like they did at the 2019 AGM regarding the Nordic Bonds?

I cannot imagine there were too many positive comments at the GM for the SP to continue to fall on weak demand.
