Yes a necessary evil but would hope with revenue, although minor at this stage plus Vanmag plus other funding in the works they can now go issue free unless a fantastic value adding opportunity arises.
They should be managing the funds they have without the need for random flagrant issues. A few million here and there start to add up and it sends a poor message to investors about their management style.
It'll be very interesting to see what the market decides with this double barrel announcement and i think it was slightly sneaky dropping the meeting and resolutions at the bottom of the first sales announcement.
