Look, @ddwn this has concerned me greatly. Lost sleep, tossing then turning (am ex-Oz arm)
In my opinion, and I could be dead wrong here, he has analysed every single angle & has calculated that - on balance - it may, just may, be a tad cheaper for him to buy now rather than after 2 August.
Its almost like, well, … he’s committed to something.
