I believe there was adequate information to believe these sales would be made and thus the investors would factor these into the current price over the last month or longer. Its definitely no surprise that the sales were made and lets face it, its only 9million ZAR which is what less than AUD1.5 million. Don't get me wrong its a good start and equates to $15 - $20 million aussie a year once we get it to 100,000/month. No information on margins yet though so no true effect on cash flow and profiability at this stage.
They should have been up front/more transparent here and made two seperate announcements, 1 for the sales and 1 for the GM. I'm sure there's plenty of people going back to the announcement to find out what we're talking about regarding the meeting and share issues.
Still we wait for EDF agreement......
