Does anyone else find it odd that there was no request or discovery of the Gaetjens Report by Gallagher's or the Attorney General's office when assessing and making a decision on the arbitrary $3 million compensation payout to Higgins? That should also be a matter for Federal ICAC to look at as it seems to be a material piece of documentation that should have been seen by the Albanese Government.
