do you guys know if it is 'normal' to partially fill the ships? I have no knowledge of loading or typical practice with the bulk carriers.
One more question of anyone - does the p680 upgrade solely use a new production line/facility or could it ramp up over time including ex plant? Just wondering if p680 could be partially online now hence we may be shipping more than the current stated 500 capacity.....?
