Its simply applying a bit of reasoned imagination ( also called reading between the lines) to what Dougal has said, we will know for a fact as we proceed. It may turn out differently. Everything said on HC is a guess untill proven to be a fact.

With regards to the PFS for Moblan likely morphing into a DFS, that has already been hinted at by the latest presentations , you need to cut these guys a little slack and allow for the fact things can change , they shouldn't and won't hold the hands of impatient or frustrated investors every inch of the way, they are extremely busy people.

Again with the NAL PFS, it doesnt take much imagination to work out that knowing the PFS was in managements and boards hands yet taking longer than most expected is likely ( not a certainty) a result of changes to it. It's not an uncommon event.

The Quarterlies are there as a back as a backstop when they update all projects from there last guidance.

Sometimes you have to read or listen to what they do put out and use a little imagination , they have actually provided a lot of updates this year.

His comments on shorting should be taken on board as well , it basically saying there is nothing they can do other than get on with the job they understand by adding longterm value that will eventually be reflected the in the shareprice .
It's basically the same line from all companies under attack from shorting, their job is not policing exchange regulations , we are dealing with multinationals and proving anything is extremely difficult , expensive and by the time anything is resolved the world has moved on to another drama...

If you are looking for faultless management good luck but they have proved to be more than competent IMO, if you don't believe that why hold.
