Again you are trying to apply western thinking to a corrupt regime . Cominere have the ground back in their name and Zinjin have already proposed a partnership with them as came to light after the event and highlighted by Mrs Marius on the bird.

The government can spin this as being in the national interest to get this happening ASAP
I doubt they will be waiting until AVZ has let all its legal stoushes run the course of years .

The Chinese can bank roll this AVZ doesn't have any cash and its relying on another Chinese company to stick by them and fund them as a minor % partner while AVZ try's to retain 51% or more. Sounds like a very unlikely scenario to me.

And before you ask my mental health is fine , that may not be the case if I had my life savings on the line here like seems to be the case with a few unfortunate holders stuck in suspension with no way of selling.

Avz has catl,, funding and a ready to build plan. It it doesn't get better than that
