the word scam is obviously a bit of hyperbole.

but is it not kind of cooked that this guy got paid like $700k- $1 million per year and hasn’t provided any tangible value to long term share holders since IPO.

I understand you can sell at highs and buy at lows, but I’m talking about people that are true believers in him and the company and thus not selling.
for those people, they bought IPO at $0.20 in January 2016 and 7 years later those people would be down 40% while Peter pocketed probably like 6 million dollars.

Now i know this isn’t uncommon in the share market, but just doesn’t sit right with me that he can do all that, lose shareholders money and come away better off personally and resign when shit starts looking a bit dismal.

it’s more the ethics of it that is a scam
