In last Annual Report, Boneyard was listed as one of the bigger shareholders holding around 3%
and elsewhere I read that the principals of Boneyard tend to ‘keep a fairly low profile’ in media, public etc.
it does appear to be a very generous deal...... but dont overlook the discount if notes are converted to shares down the track.
