The issue is the doctor is treated like a racist - how is he meant to know that it would offend her I am certainly no expert on every other religion, by filing an official compliant the offended woman has shown just how intolerant she is of another culture, mind you it is the Aussie culture that has the mechanism for her to file a complaint in the first place. If you want the liberty to file a complaint because someone has inadvertently offended you then you have to treat that right with the due respect and not abuse it.
