There were rumours post phase 2 that a big pharma were going to snap them up but the FDA blocker was an issue hence they decided to go down the EMA road. Since then they have sourced their own drug formulation in Korea and focussed on getting the drug to market which is I believe was the best move for the company as there is a billion dollar market there to tap into. Post phase 3 readout may still open up buyout offers which Duthy is a pro at and hopefully by then the FDA pull their finger out and give us approvals.
