Consider this: If Bruce was innocent beyond reasonable doubt and his legal team felt strongly that was the case, why then once the jury was found to be contaminated didn't his team request the case be declared a judge ONLY trial. The judge wasn't contaminated. The judge heard ALL the evidence. So WHY? If I was in that unfortunate position, I would have requested a judge only trial from the outset.
