Thanks JM, that's interesting.
The thing is, if the loan isn't repaid and ends up converting that would imply financial stress at WAK. Feels like very generous terms to me.
So Mr Martin is giving us very favourable financing via the Boneyard loan and possibly even more via the Coogee sale-and-leaseback, where the "lease" is actually free for 3 years. I say "possibly" as you'd need to know market value of that land to say for sure.
