yes, if loan not repaid and converted to shares (at 20% discount & subject to shareholder approval) COULD indicate financial stress, or on the other hand could not WAK (in consultation with Boneyard) CHOOSE not to repay the loan and it would represent a nice ‘free kick’ to Boneyard.
