Thanks for the call out vwai. I’ve got a few things going on atm but I’m definitely planning to jot a few thoughts down on the latest developments, though more focused on the IRA impacts.

In regards to the TAQAM deal, if you read closely I did allude to this arrangement in my first post under Note 8, calling out Saudi as a specific territory of expansion. As noted I didn’t include in the model, but as justchilln suggests you can do the math on what this first stage does to the numbers. If I can also add, the other jurisdictions I would perhaps note (particularly for partnerships or licencing tech) are Japan / Korea ... and Canada also has potential for set up too… remember Japan trade department sent a whole blasted team to spend a full day touring NVX site a year or so ago. Fishy.

Regarding LG, I also indirectly included this deal as well. That is, basically ALL Tier 1s will be after a piece of NVX graphite, if they can get it. Including Tesla. There will be more to come.

I think at the moment things are playing out pretty much to the original script.

Regarding the IRA, however, I don’t know if many folks truly realise what this will do for NVX. I have done some pencil math and it is fall off your chair stuff.

More on this when things settle down, maybe (hopefully) in a few weeks.

As for guidance on the stock, my long-term view hasn’t been much more bullish.
