There was a contract. AMP unilaterally changed the terms of the bolr contract.
you do not know what you are talking about in this complex matter. You just want to criticise advisers. You do not know enough facts and the facts you know you ignore.
The complexity of the matter and the almost 100% certainty that amp is going to have to pay up, as they did the wrong thing, is now obvious given the 5 months of deliberation after the Xmas break. The judge sure ain’t taking that time to then say say amp is in the clear as they had the contractual right to do what they did.
