There is probably is a detailed design drawing on site which could used anyway eliminating to need to transport. . I would think this could be fabricated and shipped to site within 72 hours maximum.

Just my experience gained over 30 years in mine maintenance. For PAN to meet its nameplate ramp up its needs a management shake-up. These soft excuses are questionable. Anyway I sold this morning as I can’t see Victor turning this ship around anytime soon.
