They will certainly not buy on Market, even WP has made this point.
This is a ‘cash’ cow for certain entities that will sell into every positive Announcement until such time an offer is made that will negate this ‘strategy’.
In the interim WP will promise the World to RIs while giving these entities the Resources, ‘cheap’ placements to continue the current cycle. That a ‘cheap’ offer is detrimental too the Company is laughable, any offer, anywhere near a billion dollars, should 100% be put forward to shareholders.
That a number of one billion dollars be ‘considered’ as inadequate is also highly questionable; five more years of waiting, funding during the course of, and with no guarantee’s
WP needs to lift himself from being a ‘glorified’ used car salesman to being a actual ‘rain maker’, if the current statistic quo situation continues, the next 6 to 12 months or so, I am sure RIs, here, may be asking for a little more accountability from WP and the current BOD.
