My point was now he has directly addressed and acknowledged that the issues are issues, his real reply will be how he 'drives the bus'. If he drives the bus over the same pot holes (issues like delays, poor comms etc) after acknowledging they are there openly, then thats our sign to probably get the f* off the bus
