Hi Mally, yes obviously no issue for RNU or anyone else if process not in breach of the patent, though one would then wonder why they are spending shareholder money in challenging the patent granting in Australia, must be costing an arm and a leg? Perhaps it’s just something they may want to use?

But Whats your thoughts on a general level on whether foreign produced products that utilised a US patented technology without permission would be able to be imported into the USA? Is the technology imbedded in the product, would seem a bit pointless having a patent if the technology can then be used to produce elsewhere and then import the product into USA.
