XTC General discussion, page-2192

An acquisition of xtc would mean we'd be offered sh*t fk all and most holders here would lose out big time......

Sadly lots of the long termers here bought during that huge run (pump.....) in 2022 when the valuation of the company got out of hand and would need a decent offer to get out break even but sadly we've had very little progress on the project since then and nothing to show our land holding is worth anything more than potential.......

At the time when we were up around sp 1c the market cap was ~80mil and since then there's been plenty of dilution which would make it so much harder to get up to those +1c levels - currently to get to 1c this would have a market cap ~110mil..... No way this is worth/would receive that kind of offer....... Really who'd offer much more than this - there are plenty of small time explorers with lower valuations that are just as good and in some cases better than xtc

Problem is management have already made their money here so would probably jump at the first offer that comes this way even if it's short of what we all think it's worth lol
