That's all well and great but an announcement being price sensitive is based on the content of the announcement. If the announcement said they were doing a cap raise then yeh sure.
By what you are saying Damien could post a picture of his breakfast as the announcement but because he wants to do a credit raise in 3 months better mark it as price sensitive.
Im not going to pretend to understand how the ASX decides what is price sensitive or not, maybe the CoH comments pushed it over the line? I cant remember the exact announcement but we have had very clear price sensitive results be marked not price sensitive by the ASX before. What is to say RAC didn't mark this as non PS and then ASX decides it was PS.
Maybe there is a credit raise coming, id say with our current info no but could change depending on how the strategy changes. Has no connection to this announcement being price sensitive though
