''it's come that soft skills are more important than technical skills of the job.
crazy''
nope, not crazy at all. Soft skills have always been more important.
if technical skills topped soft skills --------- Nazi would have won the war.
How many times - over and over and over again looking at companies - on the ASX - not a bad place to begin, where you see some really good ideas, with some really good technical people ------
and it all just goes pffffffffffffffffft!
why? ------ teamwork, bad leadership, toxic cultures ----------- I'd say that the vast majority of good ideas end up in the scrap heap, because of the lack of what we call 'soft skills'
