apples is correct this is take over by stealth and once again holders will get douched as there is not enough volume available for this stock to be traded on the market and with time they will effectively privatise which is bad news for holders.
anyways do your own research but with such a small amount of stock on market there is very little chance of movement in either direction for the SP
