Dont get me wrong I'm not ruling out a CR. The new strategy might require it, I was just disagreeing with the announcement being classes as PS because of an upcoming CR.

As per Listing Rule 3.1, the information in an announcement is considered market sensitive if "a reasonable person would expect the information to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities"

Section 677 of the Corporations Act also adds "if the information would, or would be likely to, influence persons who commonly invest in securities in deciding whether to acquire or dispose of the securities".

wanting to do a cap raise in the future but not referencing it anywhere in an announcement does not fit those statements in the slightest and would honestly make for a very messy system. So does that mean every announcement leading up to a credit raise has to be deemed price sensitive? And if so for how long for? What if the particulars of the CR are not concrete yet?
