While the Alto Metals part of the royalty is gone I am not so sure on the tenements where the mill is located.
Not much left, main value (very questionable if extractable) should be the tax deductible $120m in carried losses + the iron ore royalty.

addendum: who owns Karouni?
To my understanding Troy remains the owner of the Karouni tenements.
TRGI - now in administration - is owner of the plant.
The tenements are owned via the Pharsalus companies / Cayman Islands. Used as collateral for the AIMS loan. But that loan is gone after the recapitalization, so reverted back to Troy Australia.
