The SP was 18 cents 11 months ago and many investors paid much more as
production start-up approached. During this nine month drawn out period of diluting
retail ownership, I would think BL and associates already have enough shares.
Just because there's a general meeting shouldn't mean it's a time to ask for MORE !
PS. Perhaps they could invest some of their own cash in State Street or BoA.
