yep they need to get some good news out before this EGM or it will be no all round.
At the very least a decent OTA, even if they announce selling at market for $4800 USD, and have a buyer - prefer they shipped before the 17th of July .
They would be crazy to expect these resolutions to get up without something to lift the share price.
