I kind of agree, but a tech run won't be enough. EML doubled recently because the board offloaded dead wood. But, because not much seems to be happening, especially on the CBI front, it's fizzling out.
Tyro has dropped under $1 (lost over 30%) simply because a potential buyer got cold feet and pulled out.
This goes without saying, but EML needs this CBI nightmare to end.
