Answers/notes from this morning’s call, please correct me if wrong:

1) 22 in natural history, which can draw on for SAD - which has 3 signed up for cohort 1; but 2 delayed for bio markers to settle, 1 withdrew to await higher dose. 35 in Perth waiting but needs to iron out perceived COI (I think was helpful for me as I knew of the eagerness of Perth cohort to jump on this trail and was hard to not understand the blocks first dosing locally)

2) as per above - awaiting 2 candidates biomarkers to settle down; ETA late June

3) 25 parties met; partnership pipeline conversion: 6 prospective conversions (there were 6 others but non counted as prospective)

4) commercially sensitive to provide details at this stage; but retinal/CNS foundational work in place for more leads in this next wave
