Calling all sandgropers - does this mean that even digging up a sample size bag of a few kilos on "heritage" land, will require aboriginal approval on top of any previous ok's? Oh and more royalties or payments for the right to dig?
I only stumbled on this article as we don't get much news (usually crap news) from the west.
