Meatloaf in muffin pan:

In a bowl mix the following minced chopped ingredients:
750 gm beef.
1 medium onion.
1 stick celery.
1 capsicum.
1 cup bread crumbs.
2 tablespoons meat seasoning.
1 cup smoky barbecue sauce.
½ cup tomato salsa.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

And some of the following:
½ cup milk salsa.
1 egg plus beaten with a splash of milk.
A few splashes soy sauce.
A few splashes xo sauce.
A few splashes marsala.
Place in cupcake tins.

Lightly cook at high temperature.
