If he does a good job and gets this price to $1, he'll make a lot of money, yes. but us shareholders would be happy with that as we'll be making money too.
if the ship goes down though, he has lost $50k per year...
which isn't really a good gig.
we're hoping hes made an educated decision and isnt a risk junkie and he does aee this price going up a lot in the future.
