Re: Simon Hacket - he's stated his position publicly. Some refuse to believe he's telling the truth tho. Me, I think he's an honest chap and has stated his position very clearly. Now he's gone, Redflow doesn't have a significant holder.
Re Directors, based on past raises, as you say, "token participation" is the most that could be anticipated. Maybe less than token this time?
But I'm sure @Treed and co. will spin some nonsense about what a great opportunity this CR is. His mate @Greenyates seems to have finally grown a brain over the last few months.
