re: Ann: ADD CONFIRMS JORC COMPLIANT 9M TONNE... I'm not predicting any SP in the future - but I am saying that is POOLE or anyone of these Directors wants this remaining 40% than they are going to have to get the SP up to .35 cents to secure my vote. I own quite a few and can get support for about 20 million shares. I truly believe that POOLE has manipulated this stock, not him directly but someone else has been buying and selling it down, to keep the SP low and suit no one else but POOLE himself.

Lets look at the facts -

1 for 3 consolidation - 186,000,000 now on register.

cash raise at .225 cents.

POOLE puts floor in SP at .02 cents during the GFC buys 4 or 5 million about the same time negotiations commence for this coal biz.

POOLE has claimed $700K approx in 'consultancy' fee's and bugger all has been released to us share holders.

A few annoucements have been released to keep us interested, but NO Broker Backing, NO buying by big Investment Parties.

00.03 cents appears to be (approx) the SP average over the last 180 days (Perfect for a cheap Poole / Director placement at these levels).

60/40 JV still up in the air.

Deadlines not being met - JORC, Production, you name it they can't meet it.

It all spells for a low SP and they are the facts and that is how he has manipulated the SP to suit no one else but himself to get a cheap placement.

I'm still confident we have a great deal going on here and I do believe we'll get the SP into at least the teens shortly, however, the way this is being played and has been rolled out is leaving a VERY bitter taste in my mouth. POOLE will suit no one else but himself first. He has many hundreds of thousands of dollars to get back after the Strathfield Car Radio's sinking.....

I also do have faith in the Director's for delivering this project, POOLE does have alot of experience in Coal, lets hope all those fee's equate to a great project delivered to us Shareholders in a fair and transparent manner.
