They're paying $20M in interest to Twiggy, per year, so $60M over the 3-year term of Twiggy's $150M "investment" into HAS.
So, $60M cash down the toilet, while they're struggling to get finance for development.
Maybe they should have gone the DRE strategy and just tried to sell their concentrate instead of trying to go downstream when they can't find their way out of a paper bag?
Either way, as DRE-ers, we always have to be thankful to HAS for cutting our time from discovery to production/sale by about 10 years.
