there was no mention of this as a requirement by Bruce in this podcast, only an indicated offtake and EIR finalization. ( listen at 21minute mark). what I don't understand is why an offtake MOU isnt sorted already as step 1 for funding whilst we await the tick of approval by NEPA/BLM ...?
