Sad but true, Despite many of my detractors claims that I don't know what I am talking about. Yesterday's events in Uganda have suddenly brought the Congolese Terrorists a lot closer. The troubles are no longer at least 1,500km away as one X-spert stated a few months ago, they are now just 400km to Makuuta. I concede that 400km is still a long way and it is doubtful that Makuuta is an attractive target for the current mob of Terrorists. However I suspect that the Ugandan Government is quickly going to become anally retentive and tighten 'Security' right around the Country ~ Financiers will add another point to loan rates, business will become just a little harder to carry out and Christians / Muslims will become just a little more suspicious / uncooperative of each other. For IXR this can only result in increased costs ! For shareholders perhaps sub 2c ?
