hey @chris21884 and @mbc , doesn't our DFS financials cover the cost of the FEED under owners input.. why would they need any specific engineering designs to give a loan, it makes as much sense as wanting a plant design ?
the only way I could see the FEED having any relevance is to do with what corridoor they will use for pipework to the plant for the EIR..
