BUT and IF means you dont really know what your going to do, like many on here, best tell us what you did after the meeting. Unless your not expecting an OTA or other announcements what does it really matter whethe if they arrive before or after the EGM ,are you expecting the BOD to be any different the day after the EGM.
If you dont think the board and management havent added enough value over the last 2-3 years to justify what's proposed thats fine, just vote no , but remember their abilities got us here in the first place and you will be relying on them going forward and ask yourself could you have done that and if so would you not likely be doing the same as they are....
