Who's to say that the majority of the $150m (annual) flows haven't been achieved? Perhaps not all of it, but even at the maximum as per the announcement, it results in $525k per quarter to the company. The announcement stated that it was dependent on customers maintaining their current payment flows. Not everything works out perfectly. Maybe some of the original customers have left or been let go much like I suspect Whola didn't meet the company's needs.

Full rollout of CC may have already been achieved. I'm not all over this and happy to be corrected, but would it have to be announced immediately as part of continuous disclosure? Does it have to be announced at all? Could it be delayed strategically?
