    I’ve been trying to dig up who South Pole holds the contract with. They seem to be partnered Carbon Green Africa, a company registered in Guernsey.
    I suspect their agreement may well be with local groups rather than the gov??
    I read that South Pole have made some significant coin from the project.
    Whether the gov can null and void these agreements is another thing altogether.
